Location: the hotel was short walk to 3 minutes away from the free bus to the ski lift, the ski slopes and local restaurant. The breakfast was satisfactory, with very amiable staff and a wide range of food. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was terrific.

The economy quadruple room didn't look great in the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! It was peaceful, and the highlight was definitely the cozy fireplace 🔥. the staff at check-in were really helpful and paid attention to us.

The location is perfect, right near the Funibus station. Rewritten: the location is ideal, just a short walk from the Funibus station.

Travelling with two Celiacs makes things complicated at breakfast and dinner time. The exception is the Guillem, the personal took great care of providing products without gluten and prepare meals adapted. We thank them for it. The rooms were large, nice bathroom and the facilities good. We will book there often and recommend it to all.

The noise insulation in the bathroom could be better. You could hear every shower of the neighboors.

The room is warm. the staff is very amiable. - the location is good for a one night stay or for skiing.

The hotel staff were polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Everything is what you expect from a 4*.

The lounge bar could have more luxurious seating instead of cafe like tables and chairs and children should not be allowed in the bar, there are plenty of other facilities for them.

Enjoyed a Queen room with a beautiful mountain view and appreciated the convenience of early check-in and on-site parking.

Nice mountain family hotel. Andorra la vella is not far by car for dinner.

Excellent stay for 3 days here! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help out. 👍 loved the location - so convenient and close to Roc de l'Oral, just a quick 20-minute walk away from there.
